Our Childhood Cancer Awareness Campaign for this year is called HEARTS OF GOLD. We acknowledge and lift up those little hearts with the courage and resilience to fight a battle bigger than themselves. We also acknowledge and lift up the hearts of their loved ones who face the unknown with hope, grace and strength. To us, they are the true embodiment of HEARTS OF GOLD.
We ask your help in honoring the fighters among us, those who are no longer with us, and those who will battle cancer in the future. Together, we hope to “shine a light on childhood cancer”!
HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED
Run, Walk, Skip, Scoot or Stroll alone or with a team and help raise awareness and support for Childhood Cancer and A Shelter for Cancer Families. Participate anytime throughout the month of September on a specific day or over several days and choose your own "Goal-den" Distance. From 5K to 24K, share your progress with us on Facebook and attain your race badges. Help spread the word and cheer on all of our "Gold Strollers"!
Here are ways YOU can participate:
Start or Join a Team - I will be strolling with a group of friends, family members or co-workers to fundraise for ASCF and bring awareness to childhood cancer.
Individual Fundraising Participant - I'm not on a team, but will be strolling and fundraising for ASCF and bringing awareness to childhood cancer.
Individual Participant - Fundraising isn't for me, but I will be strolling to support ASCF and bring awareness to childhood cancer.
Virtual Participant - I won't be strolling, but want to fundraise for ASCF and bring awareness to childhood cancer.
I have a HEART OF GOLD and want to start or join a team to stroll with a group of friends, family members or co-workers to fundraise for ASCF and bring awareness to childhood cancer.
